Delishift Terms of Service
Version 0.1 - last updated 5 November 2026.
1. Who we are
Delishift is provided by Khan Anwaruzzaman Md, trading as Parliva International (enskild firma), Kvintettvägen 68, 142 43 Skogås, Sweden ("Delishift", "we"). Contact: support@delishift.com.
2. What Delishift is
Delishift is a workforce management service for restaurant businesses: shift scheduling, clock-in/clock-out, timesheets, labor cost, tips distribution, team chat, certificates and payslip documents. It is offered as a mobile app (iOS, Android) backed by cloud services.
3. Who these terms apply to
- "Customer": the business that creates a company in Delishift. The person who creates the company confirms they are authorised to bind the Customer.
- "User": any person with a Delishift account - owners, managers and employees invited by a Customer. By creating an account or joining a company you accept these terms. Employees use Delishift as part of their employment; the Customer is responsible for informing them (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Accounts
- One account per person, with a verified e-mail address.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Passwords must be at least 8 characters.
- You may delete your account yourself in the app ("Delete account"). If you are the only owner of a company, you first transfer ownership or cancel the company's subscription.
- Tell us at support@delishift.com without delay if you suspect that someone else has used your account.
- The Customer removes a person's access when they no longer need it.
5. Plans, trial and payment
- New companies start on a free trial of 30 days.
- After the trial a paid plan is required to keep publishing schedules. Existing data stays readable while a plan is inactive.
- Prices, billing period and payment method are stated at purchase. Paid plans are invoiced; there are no in-app purchases.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A Customer that does not accept a new price may cancel before it takes effect.
- Invoices state the amount, VAT and the due date. If an invoice is not paid on time we send a reminder with a reminder fee of SEK 60. After a further notice we may pause paid functions until the invoice is paid.
6. Customer responsibilities
The Customer:
- decides who is invited and what role and permissions they get;
- is responsible for the accuracy of schedules, rates, punches corrections and tips declarations entered by its managers;
- remains the employer and is responsible for complying with employment law, collective agreements, working-time rules and payroll/tax obligations. Delishift computes hours and gross cost as an aid; it is not a payroll or tax service and its figures are not legal or accounting advice.
- Clock-in and clock-out in Delishift are not a staff register (personalliggare) under Swedish law and do not replace one. The Customer must keep its own staff register as the law requires. Delishift only helps by summarising worked hours.
- Payslips made in Delishift are an aid. The Customer must make sure every payslip it gives an employee matches what was actually paid and what is reported to the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket), and should check payslips with its accountant or auditor before giving them to employees. The Customer is fully responsible for the content of the payslips it issues.
- decides and documents its own tips policy. Delishift records and distributes tips as the Customer's managers enter them.
- Distance check at clock in/out: if the Customer sets a workplace location, it must inform its staff before using it and have a lawful basis for it. Only the distance to the workplace is stored, never the position, and clocking in works without location access. The Customer must not use the distance check for anything beyond verifying attendance.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Delishift to break the law, to harass others, to upload content you have no right to share, to probe or overload the service, or to access data of a company you are not a member of. Do not try to get around security or access controls, introduce malicious code, or copy or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
8. Data and privacy
How personal data is handled is described in the Delishift Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. For employee data the Customer is the data controller and Delishift is the processor; the Data Processing Agreement published at delishift.com/dpa (summarised in section 9 of the Privacy Policy) applies.
9. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced when possible. Clock events made offline are queued on the device and synced later; they may arrive late, so the Customer should check attendance records for gaps. Support: support@delishift.com, weekdays.
10. Intellectual property
Delishift and its software remain our property. The Customer owns its own business data. We get a limited licence to process that data to provide the service.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Delishift's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or loss caused by inaccurate data entered by Users. Nothing limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or where the law does not allow limitation.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as major network or power failures, failures at our infrastructure providers, natural disasters or government action. We work to limit their effect.
12. Termination
- The Customer may stop using Delishift at any time and request export or deletion of its data.
- We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or non-payment after notice.
- The owner may cancel the Customer's subscription in the app at any time ("Cancel company"). The company keeps running until the end of the current paid period or trial, and the owner can undo the cancellation in the app until then. With no running period it closes at once.
- Fees already paid for the running period are not refunded.
- After it closes, a company can no longer publish schedules and its data stays available for export. It can be reopened only by contacting support.
- Data of a closed or terminated company is deleted 90 days after it closes, except records we must keep by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in the app or by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
14. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as first instance, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
